Film Studies

Students will work towards challenging goals which they have set themselves. These goals are clear and provide a framework for progress towards GCSE success, enabling students to take ownership of their progress. Teachers will guide progress through effective feedback.
A love of watching and reading a variety of films/scripts and having proficient film language skills; we want to enthuse pupils to harness the power of words in both written and film form.
We will inspire students to believe that ‘Life is what you make it!’, and that goals are achievable with personal commitment, determination and resilience.
