Parents' Evenings

Key Stage 3 Parents' Evenings

For students in Years 7, 8, and 9, formal parents' evenings will be conducted virtually, with one scheduled evening per year for each year group. Dates are available on the school calendar. The virtual parents' evening will be facilitated through the School Cloud Parents' Evening App, accessible via the link below. Parents will be notified approximately two weeks prior to the opening of the booking system. Appointments will be allocated in four-minute slots. On the evening of the event, parents can access the platform through the provided link and follow the instructions. The app is compatible with most mobile devices and personal computers.

Key Stage 4 Parents' Evenings

For students in Years 10 and 11, formal parents' evenings will be held in person at the school, allowing parents to meet directly with their child's teachers. Dates are available on the school calendar. Parents should book appointments using the parents' evening booking system, accessible via the link below. Parents will be notified approximately two weeks prior to the opening of the booking system. Appointments will be six minutes in duration, with a one-minute interval between appointments to facilitate transitions.
