Taking small steps to care for your wellbeing can make a big difference. Here are some ideas:
- Getting enough rest and sleep in order to recharge
- Enjoying a favourite meal or even preparing something for yourself.
- Relaxing with activities like listening to music or watching a favourite movie.
- Engaging in something you love, whether it's a hobby or spending quality time with friends/family.
- Connecting with nature, such as going for a walk or visiting a nearby park.
- Staying active with activities like running, cycling or playing a sport you enjoy.
